Laura is proud to serve as the Vice President of our foundation. She is committed to carrying on the philanthropic legacy of our founders.
Originally from New York, Laura has dedicated her career to helping others. She is also the founder and owner of Organized by Ellis.
Jessica Flores

A native Angeleno and first-generation college graduate, Jessica has dedicated her career to serving others and the community. She began her career in human resources at Michael Stars. She later transitioned to the philanthropic sector.
Sandra Deering

Sandra grew up in Tacoma, Washington and relocated to Los Angeles in 1969.
She graduated of California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Psychology. In 1977 her interests move to the field of real estate

Jacqueline Ellis

As the Treasurer and Administrator of the De Miranda foundation's Board of Directors, Jacqueline Ellis feels privileged to serve in this role. With 30 years of experience in the airline industry and as an entrepreneur consulting
with companies to transition into computing, Jacqueline brings a wealth of knowledge
to the board.
David de Miranda

David de Miranda is a Father of two wonderful, hardworking, young adults. He is a husband of 30 years, married to his supportive, loving, and insightful best friend.
Liz Herrera

Liz Herrera is a first generation American of Latino heritage, who was imparted with the principle that those who enjoy success have a responsibility to give back to their communities. Ms. Herrera earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Cal State L.A. and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from UCLA.
